Ro Health is hiring BCA's (Behavioral Class Aides) and Instructional Paraeducators in Southern Sacramento to work in the Elk Grove Unified School District for classroom and 1:1 support. This school-based aide position would begin as soon as you can start and would continue through the 2025 school year, and 2026 school year! The schedule would be 30-40 hours per week as a full-time employee, and flexible hours for part-time. Experience working with supporting students with special needs, and providing a mix of 1:1 and general classroom support is preferred.We are a medical staffing agency committed to making sure that provide you with all of the tools you will need in order to be successful.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree preferred or instructionally eligible
• ABA or Child care Experience
• Previous school-based support experience not required, but preferred
• Strong assessment skills
• Willingness to assist in students learning process
• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Great with Kids
