What You'll Do:

• Meet with potential clients and families to understand their needs and develop customized care plans.
• Conduct consultations, introductions, and ongoing quality assurance visits.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, families, caregivers, and team members.
• Continuously assess and adjust care plans to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance care.

• College degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in home care, healthcare, or a senior-related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and office technology.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for occasional evenings or weekends.
