What You'll Do:
- Meet with potential clients and families to understand their needs and develop customized care plans.
- Conduct consultations, introductions, and ongoing quality assurance visits.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, families, caregivers, and team members.
- Continuously assess and adjust care plans to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance care.
- College degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in home care, healthcare, or a senior-related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and office technology.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability for occasional evenings or weekends.
