Job Title: Community & PR Engagement Specialist

Location: Ontario, CA
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Community & PR Engagement Specialist to join our team in the beauty industry. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, influencers, media outlets, and the community to increase brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and experience in public relations and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote brand awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, beauty bloggers, and media contacts.
• Coordinate and attend community events, beauty expos, and networking opportunities.
• Create press releases, media kits, and outreach campaigns.
• Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and sponsored content opportunities.
• Respond to community inquiries and engage with followers on social platforms.
• Monitor social media and PR trends to identify opportunities for brand exposure.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall brand goals.
• Track and report on PR and community engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or community engagement (beauty industry experience is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Creative, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of beauty trends and industry influencers preferred.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)
• On-site position in Ontario, CA
