Job Title: Social Worker Assistant – Discharge Planner Assistant

Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)
Charting System: Epic

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year (community hospital experience required; teaching hospital experience preferred).
• Certifications: BLS (Required).
• Travel Experience: Required.
• Charting: Proficiency in Epic.
• Previous charge experience required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
