Hours vary, but clinic hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday

Compensation:

• Salary compensation based on billed hours. Billing hours will be submitted daily and payment will occur twice per month via our payroll/HR company Simple HR.
• You will receive access to Aloha ABA to be used during employment.
• After 90 days of employment, you will have access to .05 paid time off per hour worked

Service Expectations:

• Provide direct ABA services in a clinical setting.
• Supervise RBTs
• Write and modify treatment plans and protocols.
• Conduct parent trainings.
• Provide behavior analytic services aligned with the code of ethics outlined by the BACB
• Submit hours worked based only on actual hours of service provided. Anything other than actual hours worked is insurance fraud and is grounds for immediate termination and is punishable by law.
• Provide high quality of services to clients and families assigned to your caseload.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
