Position Summary:
We are seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Seminole County. The provider will travel to Assisted Living Facilities to deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing mental health care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, follow-up visits, and medication management.
• Travel to ALF facilities within Seminole County to provide on-site care.
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and supervising physicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Document all patient encounters in compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning as needed.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida.
• DEA license in good standing.
• Experience working with geriatric and/or long-term care populations preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and ability to work independently.

Pay: $54.00 - $64.00 per hour
