Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of therapists and counselors
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in PTSD care, clinical research, psychotherapy, and coding
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
- Provide guidance and support to therapists working with individuals with autism and their families
- Collaborate with schools and special education programs to provide child and family counseling services
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a mental health field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work)
- Current licensure as a clinical supervisor or ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe
- Experience working with individuals with PTSD, autism, or other special needs populations
- Strong knowledge of clinical research methodologies and evidence-based practices
- Proficiency in coding and documentation using ICD-9 or other relevant coding systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting
