Seeking a full time professional service manager/coordinator at CNY Farm Supply.

We are a local and family owned business, involved with the agriculture and power equipment fields which includes everything from tractors, hay equipment, construction equipment, zero turns, lawn mowers and handheld tools.

Knowledge in these products are required. Computer and email skills, great personality, ability to work well with others, great attitude, reliability and excellent customer service are all a must!

Duties to include:

Scheduling work for service technicians. Also scheduling truck drivers for pick ups and delivery.

Interacting with customers via phone and in person, which includes setting up appointments and checking them in and out.

Working with manufactures to troubleshoot and resolve problems, and working with technicians on these solutions.

Handling the warranty and service related issues on a daily basis which includes sending and receiving pictures and working with manufacturers and customers to resolve problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
