We are currently seeking a Clinician I . 0-500 Hours pre-licensure

This is an excellent opportunity for a pre-licensed therapist who has accrued 0–500 hours toward licensure and is looking for a nurturing environment to develop their clinical identity.

Position Summary As a Clinician I, you will provide therapy services for individuals, couples, and groups in an in-person setting. We are particularly interested in candidates who are open to or experienced in couples counseling and who value culturally responsive approaches to care.

This is a part-time position, with availability to grow to full-time. Approximately 30% of your caseload will be couples counseling.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active California associate registration (AMFT, APCC, or ASW)
• Actively accruing hours toward licensure (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
• Availability to work in person at our San Diego office
• Ability to manage a part-time caseload (15+ hours/week)
• Willingness to see couples and/or work with children and families

Schedule and Flexibility

• Choose your own schedule (Monday–Friday availability)
• Daytime, evening, and afternoon sessions available

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
