Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Dearborn, Michigan
Position Type: Full-Time | Various Shifts Available
Salary: Up to $85,000/year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
As a BCBA, you will:
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering ABA therapy
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
Design individualized programs that align with each client’s needs and goals
Monitor client progress and modify interventions as needed
Provide parent training and ensure effective carryover strategies at home
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote consistent client success
Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and center standards
What You Bring
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required)
Active BCBA certification (or BCBA-eligible)
Michigan BCBA license (required)
At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy (BCaBA candidates may also be considered)
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
