Salary: Up to $85,000/year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

As a BCBA, you will:

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering ABA therapy

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans

  • Design individualized programs that align with each client’s needs and goals

  • Monitor client progress and modify interventions as needed

  • Provide parent training and ensure effective carryover strategies at home

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote consistent client success

  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and center standards

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required)

  • Active BCBA certification (or BCBA-eligible)

  • Michigan BCBA license (required)

  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy (BCaBA candidates may also be considered)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
