** Psychiatry Residency Program Director

Seeking a qualified psychiatrist to lead the development and implementation of a new psychiatry residency program within a large, dynamic healthcare system. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader passionate about medical education and program development.

Current certification in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Documented educational and administrative experience acceptable to the ACGME Psychiatry Residency Review Committee.

Previous leadership and administrative experience.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.

Experience as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency or similar graduate medical education administrative experience is highly desirable.

Board-certified in general psychiatry or a psychiatry subspecialty with a passion for education, teaching, and mentoring.

*** The Program Director will oversee the overall operation of the residency, ensuring the quality of didactic and clinical education, and maintaining an environment conducive to resident learning across all ACGME competency areas.
