Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Bloomingdale. As a BCBA, you will design individualized treatment plans, supervise and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure clinical excellence in all areas of ABA therapy delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Conduct parent/caregiver training to promote generalization and family involvement
  • Monitor progress through data collection, analysis, and team collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, ethical, and state regulations
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic environment

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (required) and LABA (required).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Prior experience working with children with Autism.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families, therapists, and team members
  • Commitment to ethical standards and high-quality care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
