Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Bloomingdale. As a BCBA, you will design individualized treatment plans, supervise and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure clinical excellence in all areas of ABA therapy delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD
- Provide direct supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Conduct parent/caregiver training to promote generalization and family involvement
- Monitor progress through data collection, analysis, and team collaboration
- Ensure compliance with insurance, ethical, and state regulations
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic environment
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required) and LABA (required).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Prior experience working with children with Autism.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, therapists, and team members
- Commitment to ethical standards and high-quality care

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
