Overview
The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA-D/BCBA) delivers high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. This role includes program design, oversight, staff supervision, training, and performance monitoring. The Clinical Supervisor promotes collaboration, innovation, and adherence to best practices across home, school, clinic, and community settings. Interviews for this position will start on and/or after September 22, 2025 with a contract start date in October 2025.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design behavior treatment plans for both skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Supervise the implementation and integrity of ABA treatment plans
- Provide caregiver training, consultation, and ongoing family guidance
- Monitor client progress and outcome measures; oversee discharge planning and transitions
- Ensure ethical and effective delivery of behavior analytic services across settings
- Collaboration with other service providers
- Maintain supervision of caseload, schedule and billable metrics
- Support in onboarding new clients
- Support in transition of care, and may require support in community integration
- Respond to emergencies and initiate care outlined in your role
- Provide direct supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs), RBTs, and ABA interns per BACB standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and treatment plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Severe Behavior Program
- Academic or research involvement in ABA or behavioral psychology
- Experience developing and delivering ABA workshops or parent training series
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst Doctoral Level (BCBA-D) and/or candidate pursing a BCBA-D

Pay: From $77,000.00 per year
