About the Position

Job Title: School Psychologist
Location: Laurens, SC
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 5x7.5-hour shifts
Contract Length: 42 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services

• Assist in the development of strategies to address learning and behavioral challenges

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation

• Support a positive and inclusive school environment

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid South Carolina Educator Certificate – School Psychologist II

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology (or related field)

• Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred

• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, special education processes, and behavioral interventions

• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

• In-person availability required.
