Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    • Center Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (School Year)

    • In-Home Services: Available all day through 7:30 PM

  • Make a Lasting Difference: Your work will directly support children and families, helping them thrive through evidence-based, individualized ABA programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise behavior technicians to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop client-specific programs

  • Provide parent training and support

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Take on other related duties that support client success and team collaboration

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

  • Active BCBA certification (or eligible for certification)

  • Licensed to practice in Michigan (or in progress)

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on ABA experience

  • BCaBAs will also be considered
