Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children and those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective behavioral intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to staff and caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the needs of clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Monitor client progress through regular data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on effective behavioral strategies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their backgrounds and needs.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health, special education, and applied behavior analysis.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment, medical records, and documentation practices.
- Experience in data collection methods relevant to behavioral health interventions.
- Background in special education or related fields is preferred but not required.

Pay: $65.00 - $67.00 per hour
