Job Summary
Comprehensive Counseling and Family Services, LLC is a growing telehealth counseling practice serving individuals, couples, and families across Florida. Since 2017, our mission has been to provide compassionate, accessible, and effective mental health care that helps people heal and thrive.

We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about making a difference and excited to grow with us. While we welcome counselors with a variety of clinical backgrounds, we are especially interested in those with experience in child and adolescent counseling, substance use treatment, or adult autism support.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients through secure telehealth sessions to provide counseling and support.
• Help individuals, couples, and families set goals, build coping skills, and work toward positive change.
• Complete intakes and assessments to understand client needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, etc.) to guide sessions.
• Keep session notes and records accurate, professional, and up to date.
• Collaborate with clients and, when appropriate, their families or support systems.
• Stay current on best practices and maintain continuing education for your license.

What We’re Looking For

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling (or a related field).
• An active Florida LMHC license in good standing.
• Experience helping clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, or life transitions.
• Bonus points if you have a specialty working with children/teens, substance use, or adult autism — but not required.
• Someone comfortable with telehealth technology and electronic records.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people grow and thrive.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $62.50 per hour
