About Job
Job Summary: We’re looking for a polished and personable Dental Patient Care Coordinator who loves delivering a top-tier patient experience in a modern dental practice setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead front-desk operations: greet patients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, responsible for running our patient recall system, calling new leads that come through our website.
- Build meaningful connections—make each patient feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter.
- Maintain appointment flows efficiently and handle follow-up reminders with care and professionalism.
- Provide administrative and communication support, always with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
- Make the patient experience your passion: every interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day.
- You’ll be the friendly face and voice that patients remember—helping them feel heard, seen, and special.
- Enjoy a supportive work environment with collaborative, patient-focused colleagues and a culture of care.
- Our office is very involved in attending dental conferences and other events throughout the year. And when we’ve reached our goals we love to take staff with us when possible; developing you as a professional in the dental industry is important to us as an office.
- Our office does not like to micromanage our employees, we believe in hiring only professionals who know what to do and don‘t need to wait on management to be on top of employees about doing their job. We hire employees that are proactive with their time during downtime at the office. If you‘re a go-getter, thrive working autonomously, and want to be part of a team that‘s investing heavily in the growth of the office you’ll love this job!

- Prior experience (5+ years) in front-desk, patient-coordinator, or similar roles in prior dental offices. Experience in Medical practices in similar roles can be considered with an exceptionally strong resume. Any candidates that lack such experience in dental or medical will not be considered.
