*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Masters Social Worker- MSW to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and advocacy to individuals dealing with various social and emotional issues. *Responsibilities* - Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized care plans - Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources - Implement treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques - Monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards goals *Qualifications* - Proficiency in medical records management - Experience in motivational interviewing and addiction counseling - Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and psychotherapy techniques - Familiarity with medical terminology - Strong skills in case management and working with people with developmental disabilities - Background in clinical counseling and behavioral health services
