- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience (discharge planning, case management, or social work)
- Epic charting experience
- Community hospital background
- Travel experience required
- BLS preferred
- LVN or unlicensed with relevant experience welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $36.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
