We’re currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a hybrid position in Atlanta, GA, offering the flexibility to work in home as well as in person! Applicants must live in Georgia or within 50 miles of the border.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise RBTs and lead monthly mentor meetings
• Collaborate with caregivers to provide training and support
• Participate in monthly BCBA Forums and clinical trainings
• Complete documentation and reports in a timely and professional manner
  
  

Requirements

• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master’s or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment programs
• Live within the state of Georgia or within 50 miles of the border
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
