• Maintain a caseload of children in the elementary school DT program, grades K-6
• Participate in DT admissions, with child, family, MD, and school liaison
• Provide weekly Individual, Group and Family Therapy sessions, and crisis intervention as needed
• Collateral involvement with participating schools and agencies
• Function as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings
• Advocate for youth and families to obtain community-based linkages with additional supportive services that meet their needs
• Maintain timely documentation in MHARS within uniform case record guidelines
• Submit weekly electronic service recordings via MHARS portal
• Facilitate thorough discharge planning and complete discharge follow-up
• Collaborate with Saugerties Central School District and school liaisons throughout Ulster County to facilitate the referral and screening process

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid license as a Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State

Pay: $74,193.00 - $94,121.00 per year
