Position Details:

• Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Location: Mountain View, CA
• Start Date: ASAP
• Job Type: Full-Time (up to 40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (school hours)
• Compensation:
• Hourly Rate: $55–$68/hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Supervise and train behavior technicians or paraprofessionals as needed
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
• Maintain documentation and data collection in compliance with educational and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Must hold active BCBA certification
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice as a BCBA in California
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with students with autism and other developmental needs
