Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide behavioral therapy to patients, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies
- Collect and analyze data on patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patient needs and develop appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in patient care
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with special needs or developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,300.00 per year
