Light of Hope Behavior Therapy is looking for eager professionals, compassionte towards children and families affected by Autism to join our team of caring professionals.

We are a fast-growing practice looking to add another Clinical Supervisor to our team! With locations in Miami and Texas (upcoming), we have over 50 professionals in our team.

Clinical Supervisors role:

· Train and supervise a team of RBTs and/or BCaBAs;

· Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on child’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA;

· Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments;

· Provide parent training;

· Provide mentoring, supervision, and support to clients;

Requirements:

-Florida Medicaid Provider ID

-BCBA (preferred)

-LMHC

-LMFT

-Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $76.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Work Location: Multiple locations
