LCSW/Social Services Practitioner-Days

$2170/week (based on 40hrs)

• 13 week contract
• Saint Helena, CA
• Vallejo Location - Day Shift, 8am - 4:30 M-F. Flexibility for weekend coverage nice, doesn't happen often.
• Proposed start date 9/9/25
• Three years' experience in a social agency, hospital, or other organization dealing with health and/or welfare: Preferred
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM): Required
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Preferred

Description

Renders clinical psychosocial services to the patients and their families of all ages (neonate to geriatric). Assesses patient?s psychosocial needs and makes referrals to appropriate facilities or community agencies; and provides crisis intervention and bereavement counseling.
