We are a holistic mental health counseling practice dedicated to providing affirming, compassionate, and specialized care. Our team focuses on supporting clients navigating eating disorders, LGBTQIA+ identity, mood disorders, substance use, dissociation, complex trauma, grief & loss, and life transitions.

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our private practice team. This position is a great fit for a clinician who values autonomy in their work while also enjoying the benefits of a supportive and collaborative practice community.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual counseling tailored to client needs and areas of specialization.
  • Build your own caseload with the support of referrals and marketing provided by the practice.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in alignment with best practices.
  • Participate in team consultations and optional peer support opportunities.
  • Create a warm, inclusive, and affirming environment for every client.

What We’re Looking For

  • New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - required.
  • 1+ year of clinical experience post-graduation (private practice experience a plus but not required).
  • Passion for working with diverse populations, particularly clients navigating eating disorders and LGBTQIA+ identities.
  • Clinicians who are independent, reliable, and committed to ongoing growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered therapeutic style.
