Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families in overcoming challenges and improving their well-being. Duties

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Provide counselling and support to individuals and families facing various social challenges.
• Facilitate access to community resources, services, and support networks.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in accordance with organisational policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns, fostering professional development within the team.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and needs within the community and relevant agencies.

Experience

• A degree in Social Work or a related field is essential.
• Previous experience in a social work setting is highly desirable, particularly in roles involving direct client interaction.
• Supervising experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to lead and guide others effectively.
• Experience in mentoring individuals or groups is advantageous, contributing to the growth of less experienced staff members.
