About the Role
Restoring Hope Counseling, LLC is a Cape Coral–based group practice currently seeking licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team in a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position. While our practice has a physical office in Cape Coral, this role is remote-only and ideal for clinicians who want the flexibility of private practice with the structure and support of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Fluent in English; Spanish strongly preferred
• Values a client-centered, strengths-based approach
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Willing to accept both insurance and private pay clients
• Able to manage documentation and communication efficiently

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own caseload (recommended 15–25 clients/week)
• Maintain timely and HIPAA-compliant documentation
• Uphold all ethical and legal standards per Florida licensing board
• Respond to prospective clients in a professional and timely manner
• Participate in networking and visibility to help support client flow

However, we offer guidance and collaborative support on how to build your visibility, connect with your ideal clients, and grow confidently within our practice. Therapists are encouraged to take part in networking and intentional visibility efforts, with tools and coaching provided, so you never feel like you’re doing it alone.

Compensation

• 65/35 split, with potential to increase to 70/30 based on caseload
• Estimated session rate: $61–$85 per session
• Approximate annual income for 20 clients/week: $58K–$82K

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
