QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree required; business or health administration preferred.
• Computer literate for functions of data entry and basic word processing.
• Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated focus on customer service.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background desirable.
• Accurate and detail-oriented approach to projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Maintains schedule for services requested and provided to Agency clients.
2. Participates in after-hours on-call rotation.
3. Continually recruits qualified field staff to meet the needs of the Agency using various recruitment platforms and methodologies.
4. Maintains logs / records of recruitment activity and conversion-to-hire rates.
5. Conducts phone and in-person interviews with candidates for hire.
6. In absence of Payroll & Billing Specialist, verifies and reconciles completed shifts for billing and payroll purposes.
7. Communicates effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team through verbal reports and participation in Agency meetings as needed.
8. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
9. Performs other job duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
