We are currently hiring a BCBA to provide Direct Service Staff employee oversight, observations, supervision of cases, and training pertaining to ABA to ensure day to day operations runs smoothly. Qualified candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA with experience as a BCBA in a supervisory role for a client in BENSONHURST, BROOKLYN 11214.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct initial assessments
• Provide direct supervision
• Provide direct family training at clients’ homes.
• Conduct assessments regarding clients’ overall performance.
• Design curricula, interventions, behavioral plans for individual clients based on results of assessments and data analysis
• Ensure program effectiveness
• Report summaries of clients’ progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning on a regular basis.
• Be a team player.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $90.00 - $105.00 per hour
