Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Pediatric Focus

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Savannah, TN. This role is heavily focused on children on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities, while also supporting families and select adult cases. The ideal candidate is passionate about pediatric behavioral health, experienced in evidence-based therapy, and eager to make a lasting impact in a community-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct developmental and behavioral assessments for children on the autism spectrum.
- Provide individual and group counseling for children and families using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, play therapy, and behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate closely with pediatricians, case managers, schools, and parents to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Develop individualized treatment and behavior plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Support families through family counseling and parent education.
- Participate in the clinic’s MAT/Suboxone program as needed, though the primary focus will remain pediatrics.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation (NextGen system) in compliance with HIPAA.
Experience & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work and current LCSW license (required).
- Strong background in child and family therapy.
- Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders or developmental delays (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with behavioral interventions (ABA, play therapy, or equivalent).
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team including physicians, case managers, and behavioral health counselors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000+ (negotiable DOE)
- Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $10,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,500
- Time Off: 17 PTO days + 12 paid holidays + 3 CME days
- CME: $1,500 allowance annually

- Retirement: 403(b) with automatic 3% contribution + 50% match up to 6%

Schedule & Setting
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (option for 4-day work week)
- Average 7 patients per day (low no-show rate, 30-minute appointments available)
- Collaborative environment with 170 employees and full clinical support staff
