Iridescent Counseling Centers is seeking full-time/part-time therapist/counselor interested in joining a dynamic group practice based in Tempe/Chandler for in-person therapy. Independent practitioners under a 1099 position will work with clients within the scope of mental health counseling.

Therapists will provide counseling and psychotherapy to treat individuals experiencing challenges with mental and emotional health, relationship concerns, and other behavioral struggles. Practitioners will be required to meet these needs while considering ethical, developmental, and preventive issues involved in the prescribed treatment. We expect practitioners to consider both the short-term and long-term well-being of individuals, couples, families and children in the treatment given at Iridescent Counseling Centers. Therapists must also be able to work from multiple evidence based theoretical orientations to best meet the needs of the client.

Candidates must have the following:

- Independently licensed LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LAC in AZ to provide counseling and psychotherapy required.

- Knowledge of necessary paperwork in private practice, or willing to learn, and ability to maintain documentation in timely and effective manner.

- Maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and make sound ethical determinations.

- Demonstrate independence and efficiency.

- Ability to navigate the technological needs of the practice, such as Electronic Health Records via TherapyNotes.

- Flexible schedule based on availability and caseload demand (weeknights and weekends always an option).
