About Job

Sheppard Pratt is seeking board-certified psychiatrist for our Adult Service Line Inpatient Unit.

This individual has both administrative and clinical responsibilities, including:

• Ensuring the quality of medical services provided to our patients

• Managing the staffing and fiscal aspects of the service line
• Marketing, recruiting and participating in the education of residents and medical students that rotate on the adult units

The pay range for this position is $240,000 minimum to $285,000 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, board certifications and years and level of related experience.

What we need from you.

  • Must have a current license to practice in Maryland at time of hire.
  • Must be board certified.
  • Participating in a call schedule.
  • Experience providing clinical care in an inpatient setting.
