Description of responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a monthly outreach plan aligned with community needs and occupancy goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, case managers, discharge planners, financial planners, realtors, and other referral sources.
  • Attend external networking events, professional meetings, and association gatherings to expand Fieldstone at Chester Springs’ visibility.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of community needs, unit availability, and demographic trends to focus efforts effectively.
  • Represent the community at off-site events, expos, and sponsorships to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Generate leads and move-ins from targeted referral sources.
  • Plan and execute monthly presentations to professional referral sources.
  • Identify referral sources through site specific research.
  • Accurately log all outreach activity, interactions, and follow-up in the CRM system.
  • Provide back-up support for community tours, inquiry calls, and walk-ins when needed.
  • Operate prospect tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with the Community Relations Director to assist with prospect follow-up and lead nurturing.
  • Understand competitive opportunities and threats and present strategic alternatives to combat these to the Executive Director.
  • Plan, promote, and execute on-site and off-site events that support lead generation and professional relationship development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required experience:
  • At least two to three years of senior living sales experience
  • Previous lease up experience preferred

Required skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to handle pressure in constructive ways
  • Be adept at prioritizing your time
  • Have excellent writing skills and the ability to convey complex messages succinctly
  • Have an ability to learn and master varying technological platforms and software
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Work collaboratively
