Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

At Little Victories ABA, we believe every small step adds up to life-changing progress for our clients and our team. We’re looking for energetic, caring, and dependable people to join us as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). No ABA experience? No problem! If you’re passionate about helping kids and willing to learn, we’ll provide paid training and support to get you certified and confident in your role.
What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, and community settings.
- Teach daily living skills, communication, and social skills using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Collect data during sessions to track your client’s progress.
- Support kids during challenging moments using plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Communicate with your supervisor and team to ensure your client gets the best care possible.
- Attend trainings and grow your skills as you go!

Essential Job Functions
· Conduct sessions with clients using goals and plans created by a BCBA
· Data collection related to the goals and behavior plans
· Attend trainings conducted by Little Victories ABA LLC
· Proactively communicate with direct supervisor
· Intervene on maladaptive behaviors according to a behavior plan
· Maintain confidentiality, ethical guidelines, policies including HIPPA laws and regulation
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED (required).
- Must pass a background check.
- Already an RBT? Amazing! Not yet? We’ll help you get there.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Must be able to sit on the floor, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Interest in psychology, human development, or teaching is a plus but not required.
- Preference to candidates pursuing a bachelors or masters program.
Pay:
- Hourly Pay Range: $19 - $28/hour (based on experience).
- Paid training + RBT certification assistance.

Work Status
· This is a hourly position with the potential to become salary after 90 days.
Where You’ll Work:
We’re currently hiring in: Aurora, Yorkville, Shorewood, Oswego, and Woodridge.
Positions are full-time, part time and in-home/community-based.
