Position Summary
We are currently hiring licensed or pre-licensed therapists to join our team as a W2 employee. This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with adult men, couples, and/or those navigating trauma, life transitions, fatherhood, and relational challenges. The role involves providing individual and/or couples therapy with a caseload that builds over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adult clients (in-person or via telehealth)
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with insurance standards
- Collaborate with clinical supervisor and participate in consultation as needed
- Support clients in navigating trauma, emotional regulation, identity, and relational dynamics
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
- Active LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT license – OR eligible for clinical supervision (pre-licensed welcome to apply)
- Strong interest in working with men, trauma, or relational issues
- Willingness to accept insurance-based clients once credentialed
Preferred Experience
- EMDR training
- Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches or identity-focused work
- Couples therapy experience (e.g., EFT, Gottman, RLT)
- Experience with TherapyNotes EHR

Compensation
- Pay—staring at $55/session for pre-licensed, $70/session for fully-licensed.
- Additional compensation for board-approved supervisors
- Paid team consultation and supervision time (for pre-licensed clinicians)
- Reimbursement for CEUs available after 6 months of employment
