We are in search of a ProWASH Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will responsible for coordinating and scheduling service resources to ensure prompt and efficient customer site visits and service calls. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service team, promoting and accurately communicating ProWASH services to meet customer needs. The Service Coordinator also manages all administrative functions within the service center while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate all service scheduling, including customer appointments, installations, repairs, and equipment pickups, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Manage Service Technician schedules and communicate effectively with Chemical Specialists, Field Service Technicians, and leadership regarding pricing, concerns, orders, and service requests.
- Process and track customer orders, verify pricing and costs, and initiate appropriate workflows.
- Assist customers with parts inquiries, routine maintenance, and general service needs while providing exceptional support.
- Research, resolve, and document customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate service and invoicing records; prepare estimates in collaboration with the Lead Service Technician.
- Administer planned maintenance programs and ensure compliance with industry performance and quality standards.
- Prioritize tasks in response to changing needs and submit timely, accurate reports to Corporate.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall service center operations and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or service coordination role.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems or components preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to read and interpret instructions and diagrams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Client-focused, positive, energetic, and self-motivated with the ability to foster and maintain professional relationships.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while remaining focused and collaborative.
- Committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads and business demands.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required to meet business needs, typically a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing administrative tasks.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, and telephone.
- Occasional lifting or moving of materials and equipment up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform light physical tasks as needed to support service operations.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating demands and varying stress levels.
