About Job

Lama Pediatric Therapy is looking to add RBT's to our growing team. We provide in home, school, and clinic ABA therapy.

About Us: Lama Pediatric Therapy is a BCBA/SLP ran private practice that provides speech, occupational, and ABA therapy. We provide collaborative therapy in a manner that upholds the dignity of our clients while increasing valuable skills such as communication and self-care.

What is an RBT?
A registered behavior technician supports and implements a patient care plan created by a board-certified behavior analyst. They provide ABA interventions that encourage socially acceptable replacement behaviors so clients can build and improve upon their communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
· Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
· Accept and implement feedback provided by BCBA for program integrity.
· Communicate client progress with supervising BCBA.
· Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior support plan.
· Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by the BCBA.
· Document interventions and progress towards goals accurately and in a timely manner.
· Assists in the creation of instructional materials.

Requirements:
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Registered Behavior Technician certification, CPR/BLS certification
