Elmtree ABA Services is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill a part-time position providing in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Boston and Brookline areas. This position includes a small caseload, including both direct service clients and parent training clients. Hours are primarily between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with occasional in-person parent training that may occur after 4:00 PM as needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with clients and their families
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Maintain monthly billable hours
- Acts as a team leader and team player on each case including collaboration with caregivers and staff
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Current Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
- 1+ years as a BCBA with supervisory experience working with children and adolescents with ASD
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A compassionate approach towards individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
