What You'll Do as a Hybrid BCBA in North Carolina

  • Conduct FBAs and design individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver play-based, child-led ABA therapy both in-home and virtually

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals

  • Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

What You'll Need to Join Us

  • BCBA Certification

  • NC LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) Credential

  • Experience with autism and/or developmental disabilities (preferred)
