Essential Duties
- Completes adult and/or adolescent assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Maintains treatment progress notes
- Coordinates care with a multidisciplinary team as indicated
- Completes all required documentation for patient records (templates are provided which makes your life easier and lets you focus on your clients therapy session)
- Documents activities as required by the company
- Clinical supervision as needed

The ideal candidate:
- Must have a current Board of Behavioral Sciences CA license to practice, if you are working to obtain hours towards licensure, you are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to invest the time it will take to go through the credentialing process (30 to 120 days).
- Must love what you do for a living, be hardworking, and wants to simplify your life!
- Must have the ability to communicate with and relate to diverse groups.
- Minimum of 3 years experience providing psychotherapy (if already licensed).
- Must have experience conducting mental health assessments using diagnostic criteria from DSM-V.
- Must be able to get documentation done in a timely manner.
- Must be independent and seek out assistance when needed.
- Cultural competency and up to date CEU training annually.
- Must have malpractice insurance.
- Bilingual is a plus!
