Essential Duties

• Completes adult and/or adolescent assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Maintains treatment progress notes
• Coordinates care with a multidisciplinary team as indicated
• Completes all required documentation for patient records (templates are provided which makes your life easier and lets you focus on your clients therapy session)
• Documents activities as required by the company
• Clinical supervision as needed

The ideal candidate:

• Must have a current Board of Behavioral Sciences CA license to practice, if you are working to obtain hours towards licensure, you are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to invest the time it will take to go through the credentialing process (30 to 120 days).
• Must love what you do for a living, be hardworking, and wants to simplify your life!
• Must have the ability to communicate with and relate to diverse groups.
• Minimum of 3 years experience providing psychotherapy (if already licensed).
• Must have experience conducting mental health assessments using diagnostic criteria from DSM-V.
• Must be able to get documentation done in a timely manner.
• Must be independent and seek out assistance when needed.
• Cultural competency and up to date CEU training annually.
• Must have malpractice insurance.
• Bilingual is a plus!
