Position Summary – Lcsw

POSITION DUTIES – Social Services Case Management

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – LCSW (licensed in GA); AHA BLS; 2 years acute hospital social work experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 8 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 1130p-7a (40hrs/wk)

START DATE – ASAP
