What You'll Do

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation aligned with best practice standards.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings to stay at the top of your game.

What You’ll Bring

• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Texas
• Active LPC-Associate license in Texas
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Work Location

Our hybrid model allows for in-person sessions at our beautiful The Woodlands office and remote flexibility for a seamless work-life balance. Due to the high demand for in-person services, we require our clinicians to be available on-site at least 2-3 days per week to best support our clients' needs.

Pay: $65.00 - $100.00 per hour
