Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Paramus, NJ

Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered, but Full-Time preferred)

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavior analysis and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques

• Provide parent education and behavior management support

• Apply psychology principles during therapy sessions

• Work with children aged 2-14 in a center-based setting

• Typical schedule: Monday-Friday (3 days 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, 2 days 11:00 AM-7:00 PM)

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and LBA-NJ license required

• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred (new graduates considered)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Performance bonus

• $5,000 relocation/sign-on bonus
