Our exclusive partner is seeking a licensed therapist to take on a leadership role with a mobile, community-based Youth ACT team in the Poughkeepsie area.

This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a brand new program focused on delivering impactful services to youth in the community. A key part of this role will involve gathering data on service delivery and client outcomes to evaluate staff performance and overall program effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who’s passionate about building and growing innovative behavioral health initiatives from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Oversee referrals, case assignments, and documentation compliance
• Lead team meetings and treatment planning
• Provide individual and group supervision
• Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
• Deliver direct services to youth/families as needed

Qualifications:

• Active NYS license: **PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU APPLY**
• LCSW
• Will accept LMSW as long as LCSW is obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Will accept LMHC as long as the (D) Diagnostic Privilege is obtained within 6 months
• Experience in youth/family mental health or crisis services
• Valid NY driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
