General Description

The Peer Support Specialist (PSS) is a key member of the programming team who supports case management services and helps maintain a safe, structured environment at both the Grace House and Resource Center. This position works closely with the Program Coordinator to deliver trauma-informed care to residents and clients, attend support groups, support client progress, and ensure upkeep of program spaces.

The Peer Support Specialist also provides front desk support and reception at the Resource Center, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming and organized front area. Additional responsibilities include providing transportation for clients, assisting with data entry and documentation, and supporting the overall operations of the program.
