Job Summary:

Personal Child Care Development Inc. (PCCD) is seeking passionate and dedicated SI/ABA/SW Therapists to provide high-quality home-based and/or telehealth therapy services to children with special needs across NYC-5 boroughs.

Qualifications:

• MUST have a valid New York State Certification, which may include one of the following:

Students with Disabilities (Birth – Grade 2)

Special Education Certification

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

• Experience working with children aged 0–3 years, especially those with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral challenges.
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Demonstrated passion for working with children with special needs and helping them reach their full potential.
• Ability to provide individualized, child-centered care in a home-based or virtual setting.
