Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to join our chiropractic office. This position involves both front desk administrative duties and direct patient assistance to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for every patient. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly, check them in, and manage appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and confirm appointments
- Assist patients before and after chiropractic treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle basic billing or payment processing
- Support the chiropractor with patient flow and office organization
- Keep the reception area and treatment spaces tidy and welcoming
Experience
- Fluent in Nepali and English (Very Important)
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative work preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on patient care
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
