We are currently seeking a licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our team for in-person sessions at our Perrysburg office.

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Conduct assessments, develop accurate diagnoses, and create effective treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
• Scheduled raises at 6 months and 1 year.

Professional Development

• Ongoing clinical consultation and peer support.
• Supervision available for dependently licensed clinicians.
• $250 annual stipend toward continuing education (CEUs).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or social work.
• Active Ohio license as an LPC or LSW.
• Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and treatment modalities.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload responsibly.
• Willing to see 20-30 clients weekly

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Experience in individual, couples therapy, and diagnostic assessment.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
